yesterday and today I was overwhelmed by a feeling of deep self loathing and an almost unbearable feeling of loneliness, I couldn't shake it. I just sat berating myself for what and who I am. I have discovered the cure for this....his name is Cedric, he listened, gave me a hug and made me laugh....and thats all it took. So, Cedric, thanks...I'm not often down but its good to have friends like you for the rare occasions that it happens. This is us playing in Korea.....
